Metamorphosis Development Group is a principal-led real estate development firm focused on revitalizing historically Black and Brown neighborhoods through thoughtful residential redevelopment.

We got our start in 2018, and since 2021 we have concentrated our reinvestment efforts in historic West Baltimore neighborhoods and adjacent communities, creating opportunities for long-term wealth-building.

Anthony Crenshaw

Founder & Principal

Anthony Crenshaw is the founder and principal of Metamorphosis Development Group, where he leads acquisitions and development strategy.

As a principal-led developer, Anthony remains directly involved in each project from acquisition through construction and completion, maintaining a hands-on approach to development and investment decisions.

Anthony brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in real estate development, operations, and community engagement, with a focus on disciplined redevelopment that strengthens neighborhoods and creates opportunities for long-term wealth-building.
